Michael A.J. Ferretti
Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Michael's initial interest in real estate was sparked by his work in carpentry and construction as a teenager. Having worked since the age of fifteen, multitasking and juggling several responsibilities is second nature to him. After serving his apprenticeship and later establishing his own construction business in Delaware, Michael relocated to Boston in 1993 to continue his academic studies at Boston University's School of Management and later went on to study at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Michael has obtained degrees in Industrial Engineering as well as Business Administration with an emphasis on Operations Management. It was not long after college that he began to invest in real estate and began his career in corporate real estate.
Over the past twelve years of navigating his way through the corporate real estate world, Michael has developed a truly one-of-a-kind perspective to analyzing commercial and residential real estate transactions. This perspective is derived from both his experience in commercial appraisals, acquisitions, lending, and development and his experience as an investor, where academia and theory are constantly tested against reality. As a result of this multifaceted exposure, Michael has also gained significant knowledge of underwriting and commercial analysis in several markets across the United States, including Massachusetts, Delaware, California, Texas, Florida, Arizona, and others.
